Our Services
We understand the costs associated with buying, owning and breeding quality broodmares to achieve dream-worthy foals. Though we are not offering recipient mare services at this time, we are offering the ability to lease our broodmares to be bred to any Blazin’ D Bar stallion or to your preferred outside stallion.
Leased mares will remain on our 40-acre property with their friends and herd-mates and will continue to receive outstanding full-service care not only from us, but from our trusted partners at 4W Farms, LLC and Miller Veterinary Hospital.

On farm breeding
Offering all-inclusive pricing for on farm artificial insemination by partnering with Chris and Lauren of 4W Farms, LLC. We have outdoor stalls and larger outdoor pens to accommodate your mare/mare and foal. Mares are fed bermuda and alfalfa hay, CubeIt alfalfa cubes, and Nutrena SafeChoice mare and foal feed as well as clean, fresh water. We are happy to facilitate special needs/special diets should you provide them.
Mare care: $20/day
Live cover is available on a case by case basis. At this time, we will not be taking any wet mares for live cover but would happily AI them on-farm!
On farm AI: $350/per cycle + mare care
Broodmare Lease
Many of our broodmares are available for on-site breed leasing to either any Blazin’ D Bar owned & standing stallion OR to approved outside stallions. Pricing is mare dependent.
Foal-out services
NEW for 2026! We have yet to configure and complete our outdoor mare motel, but will have five covered and 6-7 outdoor stalls for foaling services. This is a great opportunity to also breed your mare on foal heat! Mares are fed bermuda and alfalfa hay, sun-dried alfalfa cubes or pellets, and Nutrena SafeChoice mare and foal feed as well as clean, fresh water. We are happy to facilitate special needs/special diets should you provide them.
Foal-out services: $350
Mare care: $20/day

Large foaling stalls, indoor and outdoor weather dependent
Sanitized stalls with straw bedding, cleaned 2x daily
Twice daily bucketed feeding (pelleted/cube/grain)
Individual turnouts with grazeable grass
24 hours camera surveillance with instant app notifications to our phones
3x a day physical checks
Mares always visible out our windows
7 easily accessible veterinary facilities within an hour radius in the event of an emergency
After foaling care and services:
Naval is doctored and receives an enema
24/7 care of foal confirming all 1-2-3hr mile markers have all been met
Banamine post-foaling
Newborn foal health check performed by a licensed DVM within 24 hours $150
Plasma Infusion if needed $550-$900 administered by a licensed DVM within 24 hours
Discounted service fee when paired with our on-farm AI service: $600 in total ($100 savings)
